1. Start Studying Early

It’s best to start studying as soon as possible.

Don’t start late. The first and most serious mistake you may make is to believe that you have plenty of time. There is never enough time before tests because you will make blunders no matter how well-prepared you are. Depending on the complexity of the material, study about eight to nine hours a week for two to three weeks. However, only you would know how long it takes you to review. 2. Review Previous Exams

Reviewing previous exams is also beneficial. Make a note of which questions have answers and the correct and incorrect answers. Although looking at previous exams might not provide you with the exact questions that will appear on your test, it will give you a sense of what it will look like.

3. Study In Chunk

It is simpler to recall information when it is learned in little, manageable bits.

Divide your study into “chunks .” Each chunk will contain a number of tasks to complete in a particular order. Study in 45-minute to 1-hour “chunks,” concentrating on one subject at a time. Be sure your schedule is clear, and you can commit to specific timeframes for your tasks. Make sure you work on your assigned chunks during your scheduled times, so you have enough time during the day to complete other school requirements, such as homework.
