Shindig is a wholesale reinvention of video chat for large scale, participatory gatherings. On Shindig, all participants can see and are seen in a shared online space. Featured presenters can give a talk, be interviewed, share multimedia, teach, and more to a live online audience of thousands. Selected audience members can be brought up to share the stage and directly interact with hosts, “face-to-face”​, before the entire group. Meanwhile, audience members also, all see one another and can mingle, network, confer, discuss or otherwise share in self-initiated private video chat just as they might converse in small groups at an in-person event. Company founder and CEO Steve Gottlieb is a serial entrepreneur and longtime angel tech investor. His past career highlights include founding and leading TVT Records, long the largest US independent label. TVT was original home to Nine Inch Nails, Ja Rule, Lil Jon, and Pitbull, among others, and earned during its 25-year run 30 Gold, Platinum, and Multi-platinum releases. Shindig has already closed on $12 million in financing.

Shindig was awarded 2017 Cool Vendor Award in Social Collaboration by premier research firm, Gartner.

Shindig has been funded by a $20 million dollar investment from Pritzker Vlock Family Office to date.

    Here is the truth for those morons…

    Management’s incapacity of working with key staff: (developers, product managers,bus dev,,) will force to subcontract most of all and move its well situated office into some sweatshop . A depressing environment and empty shell with the only bonus of Titles of VP’s and Seniors – scrambling to please the King. Well deserved apologies never served, impulsive and angry behavior , revolving door of employees, – all “in fashion” as it seems, CEO’s (the only management officer of the company) inability to co-exist with any form of intellect or insight by his side is a killer for growth and personal achievement. . It will take you a few days to surmount your bitterness of having worked there a day too long.
